Born and raised in Morgan Hill and a proud Live Oak High School alumni, Teressa Chellino Francis went on to earn her degree in Marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Hired 6 months prior to graduating with the first ‘real’ job of her career she shot into the work force settling 5 years later into the real estate industry. In 2002 she joined forces with national real estate leader Gino Blefari, former Founder & CEO of Intero Real Estate Services, now currently CEO of HomeServices of America, a company owned by Warren Buffett and the country's largest real estate firm.

As a co-founder, Teressa quickly became part of the core executive team, which went on to build the Intero brand from the ground up. Through her efforts and grass root marketing strategies Intero is now within the top 10 largest real estate brokerages nationwide, per the Real Trend 500 rankings.

After working in Silicon Valley for more than 20 years, she decided to partner with her parents Ralph & Christine Chellino to pursue a career as a REALTOR® in South Santa Clara County. Ralph & Christine have been a premier real estate team for more than 43 years, servicing the Bay Area including San Jose, Morgan Hill, San Martin & Gilroy. Together with Teressa’s expert marketing skills they are unrivaled as the Chellino Francis Group.
